Improvements to lettingweb.com

In the coming days, we will release the third major update to lettingweb.com in 2015, in line with our committment to make regular improvements to the website.

This release focused particularly on two areas:

1. Landlord Leads

The distribution of Landlord Leads has been overhauled because we received feedback from our Members that the current method was not deliverying sufficient value.

The new system matches the landlord to the most appropriate letting agents based on the location of their property to either the letting agent’s office or two properties they have managed in the past.

Landlords will also be able to manually select other agents to send the enquiry to.

This is the first major overhaul of the landlord page in several years and we will continue to refine and improve it. We would like your feedback:

Do you think that having landlord leads distributed to fewer letting agents will result in you winning more instructions? Send Feedback.

2. School Catchment and Performance Information

Research from our Tenant Survey in December showed that 82% of tenants with dependent children want to know the school catchment (and its performance information) which their property is in.

For many properties on lettingweb.com we will now show the school catchments for that property (powered by Rezzio Data), including pupil and teacher numbers and capacity figures. This information, displayed in a very easy to digest format, meets our customers needs and expectations and demonstrates how the Lettingweb platform is changing to become more responsive the needs of our tenants and agents.
