New Feature Announcement: Let Agreed
Lettingweb offer a new feature that helps tenants gain more insight into the letting market when they search for rental property.
Today, Lettingweb announce a ‘Let Agreed’ feature new to Lettingweb.com. To see Let Agreed properties in your search results, simply search for your preferred area on Lettingweb.com then click the ‘Include Let Agreed‘ box in the Refine Search form on the left-hand side of your search results. This features allows you to see all properties currently available for let and those properties that are Let Agreed.
What is Let Agreed?
‘Let Agreed’ is a situation in which a letting agent and a tenant have agreed on a flat in principle but the contracts, references and other necessary paperwork have not yet gone through.
Sometimes these agreements fall through, so if you see a Let Agreed flat that you’re interested in it’s well worth asking about it’s availability. If you express your interest in a Let Agreed flat you may be next in queue to get the property if something doesn’t work out.
You can also use Let Agreed to determine which letting agents have the most property in your area. If a letting agency keeps popping up in your search results with Let Agreed properties, it’s a good idea to email the agent directly (or via the enquiry form that accompanies your search results) asking whether they have anything coming onto the market.
Finally, take a look at Let Agreed properties to get a full idea of how much a flat costs in your chosen area. When you search for a flat, it’s nice to see what properties are getting taken so you have a better picture of what other people are paying for particular accommodations.
