Rents in Aberdeen continue to decline in line with the crude oil prices, while Dundee continues to deliver consistent and strong growth. Edinburgh rents are stable and, if anything, slightly up, while Glasgow rents are slightly down, although they have risen considerably since before the Commonwealth Games.
The outlook for private rentals in Scotland is positive, with time to let figures broadly reducing everywhere (except Aberdeen), confirming that demand is still far outstripping supply.
