Lettingstats Autumn 2015/16 Report

We are delighted to bring you the Winter Lettingstats report for the period (s) December, January and February.

Rents in Aberdeen continue to fall, while Dundee continues to perform steadily. Edinburgh rents are stable and, if anything, slightly up, while Glasgow rents are slightly down, although it is the only city to post a shorter time to let.

The headline figures for year on year changes to advertised rents for 2-bed properties are as follows:

• Glasgow – £650, down 1%
• Edinburgh – £847, up 5%
• Dundee – £573, up 1%
• Aberdeen – £804, down 17%
