Webinar – Introducing the Lettingstats Autumn 2014 Report

Every three months Lettingstats produce a the most comprehensive statistical review of the private rental sector in Scotland. Last Friday Head of Research, Dan Cookson, presented the key parts of the report in an online webinar attended by several Lettingweb members.

Dan covered a number of topics through the webinar including:

• How to access the interactive maps
• How we have overlaid the census data to highlight particular information at a neighbourhood level
• How the largest ever PRS tenant survey was conducted by Lettingstats and how that information has been used to inform decision making.
• Using our granular level rental price information.
