Case Study: Insurance Savings for Letting Agents

We were appointed to act for Aspect Residential Lettings Ltd for the Property Insurance back in August 2014 and managed to secure a very competitive rate from a market leading property insurer. Following the success of the property Insurance we were then appointed to act for all their insurance requirements. At renewal of each policy we have managed to save the following:
- Professional Indemnity & Directors and Officers Insurance – savings in excess of 21% have been achieved offering 1 policy covering both (previously had two policies), increased cover and interest free installments which saved a further 4.5% on the installment charge that Aspect Residential Lettings Ltd paid previously.
- Office Insurance – savings was considerable at 40% which also include cover enhancements / increases in the sums insured and similar with the other policies we were able to offer interest free installments too.
